Maintenance work on our Salesforce and Dynamics CRM connectors has been scheduled in our Asia Pacific R3 region for Monday 10 December 01:00 - 02:30 AEDT (e.g. Sydney).
This work is required to migrate to a new server infrastructure, which will result in greater support from our cloud provider and allow us to comply with upcoming privacy regulations.
During this period, dotmailer will be unable to communicate with your CRM and campaign sends initiated by our Salesforce and Dynamics CRM connectors will not be sent. As such, it is advisable not to schedule sends for times within the maintenance window.
All other dotmailer services will continue as normal.
