Important technical information

As providers of your mobile messaging solution, dotdigital CPaaS (formerly Comapi) would like to make you aware of scheduled work to carry out routine maintenance on our SMS infrastructure. This is planned for Sunday 7th April 2019 between 06:00 and 07:00 BST.

We do not anticipate any major disruption during the maintenance window. Customers using our Engagement Cloud and CPaaS platforms may see minor delays if sending during this window, and customers using our SMS APIs may see small amounts of error messages which should be retried using standard retry patterns.
Live platform status updates can be found by subscribing to the dotdigital engagement cloud status page at https://status.dotdigital.com/ and selecting the option to “subscribe To Updates” to receive live notifications via email, SMS, RSS feed or Twitter post.
