As already mentioned in our blog, https://blog.dotdigital.com/technical-updates-to-dotdigital/ we'll be deprecating support for TLS 1.0 & 1.1 on our API infrastructure on 14 July 2021. In an effort to help customers identify if they'll be impacted by this change, we'll temporarily remove support for these protocols for 2 hours at 13:00 UTC on Wednesday 16 June 2021.
Local times are as follows: 14:00 - 16:00 BST (e.g. London) 09:00 - 11:00 EST (e.g. New York) 06:00 - 08:00 PST (e.g. San Francisco) 23:00 (Wed 16th June) - 01:00 (Thur 17th June AEDT (e.g. Sydney)
Any systems unable to support TLS 1.2 or above will fail to connect and the service will appear unavailable. If your integration with Engagement Cloud is impacted, you'll need to refer to our blog for more information. If you need further assistance, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
